Mixed Berry Crumble Slab Pie

A delightful dessert that combines the sweetness of mixed berries with a crumbly topping, perfect for serving a crowd.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the mixed berries with a tablespoon of sugar and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread half of the mixture in a greased baking dish as the bottom crust.
  5. Layer the mixed berries over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the berries.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
