  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into small circles to fit into a mini muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add in the shredded cheese and vegetables, mixing until well combined.
  5. Place the pie crust circles in the muffin tin and fill each with the egg mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are golden brown and set.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin and serving.
