- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and place a muffin tin inside to heat up.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
- Once the muffin tin is hot, remove it from the oven and add a small amount of butter to each cup, allowing it to melt.
- Pour the batter into the muffin cups, filling them about 2/3 full.
- Add a piece of turkey bacon into each cup on top of the batter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pancakes are puffed up and golden brown.
- Carefully remove the pancakes from the muffin tin and serve immediately.
Notes
