Mac and Cheese Quesadillas

Mac and Cheese Quesadillas are a creative twist on the classic comfort food, featuring creamy mac and cheese wrapped in crispy tortillas with the delicious addition of turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, milk, garlic powder, and paprika until well mixed.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spoon a portion of the mac and cheese mixture onto the center.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Cut into wedges and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute the turkey bacon for regular bacon if desired.
  • Add your favorite spices or vegetables to the mac and cheese mix for added flavor.
