- 2 cups cooked macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons butter
- In a bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, milk, garlic powder, and paprika until well mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and spoon a portion of the mac and cheese mixture onto the center.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.
Notes
