Mac and Cheese Meatloaf Casserole

A comforting blend of mac and cheese and meatloaf, perfect for family dinners.

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread cooked macaroni in a greased casserole dish.
  4. Layer meat mixture over macaroni.
  5. Pour cream of mushroom soup over the top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until heated through and golden.
