- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 cups bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with chopped turkey bacon and shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly before serving.
