  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes, then bake them for 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. Remove the potatoes from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  4. Cut the potatoes in half and scoop out some of the flesh.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the scooped potato, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cheese, sour cream, and chili powder.
  6. Fill the potato halves with the mixture.
  7. Return the filled potatoes to the oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until heated through.
  8. Top with green onions before serving.
