  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
