  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the zucchini slices, followed by half of the ricotta cheese, and half of the marinara sauce.
  4. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese and half of the parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  6. Season the top layer with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it cool slightly before serving.
