  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup fresh key lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a pie dish.
  4. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest.
  6. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
