  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the ribeye steak to the skillet, seasoning with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until the steak is browned.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay out turkey bacon slices. Place the steak and vegetable mixture on top.
  5. Sprinkle provolone cheese over the mixture.
  6. Roll the turkey bacon tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and cheese is melted.
