A delicious and low-carb twist on a classic favorite, featuring turkey bacon for added flavor and crunch.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices keto-friendly bread
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread butter-side down in the skillet.
  4. Add cheese and cooked turkey bacon on top.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread, butter-side up.
  6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Notes

  • Use any cheese of your choice, but cheddar works best.
  • For extra flavor, add slices of avocado or tomato inside.
