- 1 cup sushi rice
- 2 sheets nori
- 1/2 pound imitation crab meat
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup cucumber, julienned
- 1/4 cup avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, combine imitation crab meat, mayonnaise, and sriracha. Mix well.
- Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat. Spread a layer of sushi rice over it.
- Add a line of the crab mixture, cucumber, and avocado on top of the rice.
- Carefully roll the sushi using the bamboo mat, applying gentle pressure.
- Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
