  • 1 packet instant yeast

  • 46 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. Add the milk and melted butter, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and layer with bacon and cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough and slice into rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes until golden brown.
