- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 pound shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter and add the cream cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk and buffalo sauce, mixing well.
- Add the cooked chicken and stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
- Combine the macaroni with the cheese sauce and mix well.
- Transfer to a baking dish and top with remaining cheese and crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Notes
