Impressive Cranberry Brie Stuffed Chicken

A delicious and elegant dish featuring chicken breasts stuffed with creamy brie cheese and tangy cranberry sauce, perfect for dinner parties.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cranberry sauce and rosemary.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff them with brie cheese and some of the cranberry mixture.
  4. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with additional cranberry sauce on the side.
