  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Coat the chicken in flour and shake off the excess.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  5. Remove chicken, and in the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, cover, and cook until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Stir in milk and thyme, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Notes

  • For a spicier variation, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
