- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Begin by seasoning the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in flour and shake off the excess.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken, and in the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
