Homemade Pâtes de Fruits (no corn syrup)

  • 3 tablespoons pectin

  • 1 cup additional sugar (for coating)

Instructions

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold and let it set for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. Once set, cut into cubes and roll in the additional sugar.
