- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 cups water
- 4 tea bags (black or green)
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (to taste)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- ice (for serving)
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil.
- Add tea bags and remove from heat. Let steep for 5 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, mash the blueberries with honey or sugar.
- Strain the tea into the bowl with the blueberry mixture and stir well.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices.

- For a stronger tea flavor, steep tea bags longer.
- You can use frozen blueberries if fresh are not available.
