1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and olive oil.
Add shrimp to the marinade, coating well. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
