High Protein Creamy Taco Soup

A delicious and nutritious high protein creamy taco soup featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from pot and crumble.
  2. Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in diced chicken ham, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning.
  4. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted.
  6. Top with crumbled bacon before serving.

Notes

  • This soup is great for meal prep and can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
