- 4 large eggs
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
