  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, pumpkin puree, honey or maple syrup, almond butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. If using, fold in the chopped nuts.
