- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Core and slice the apples, then place them in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine oats, flour, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted coconut oil and mix well.
- Spread the oat mixture over the apples evenly.
