  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon orange food coloring
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in the vanilla extract and orange food coloring.
  7. Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until fully incorporated.
  8. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  9. Bake for about 60 minutes, or until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  10. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
