  • 1/4 cup fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix fish sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and lime juice.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove wings from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade.
