Gooey Coffee Caramel Cake

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup brewed coffee
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the brewed coffee, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes, then drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
