  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium rare. Remove and let rest.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  6. Slice the rested steak and add it back to the skillet along with the drained pasta.
