- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
