Garlic Parmesan Chicken Meatloaf

A delicious twist on traditional meatloaf with garlic and parmesan.

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, egg, parsley, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
