Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
  3. Layer the toasted English muffins in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the diced Canadian bacon over the muffins.
