Eggs Benedict Casserole

A delicious twist on the classic Eggs Benedict with turkey bacon and chicken ham layered in a casserole.

Ingredients

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup diced turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 6 slices of bread, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Add the cubed bread, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and cheese to the mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding hollandaise sauce on top before serving.
  • This dish can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
