- 2 tablespoons red curry paste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 cups cooked rice
