- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound scallops, cleaned
- 2 cups spinach, fresh
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add shrimp and scallops; cook until opaque.
- In a baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta, seafood, spinach, and marinara sauce.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, ending with cheeses.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the cheese mixture.
