Easy Sausage and Egg Casserole

A quick and delicious sausage and egg casserole featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham that the whole family will love.

  • 8 ounces chicken ham
  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  4. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, and shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a knife inserted comes out clean.
