Easy Sausage and Egg Casserole

A delicious and easy recipe for a hearty casserole that combines sausage, turkey bacon, and chicken ham for a perfect breakfast dish.

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cups bread cubes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the chicken ham, cheese, and cooked sausage and bacon to the egg mixture.
  5. Fold in the bread cubes until well combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set in the center.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
