  • 2 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into oval-shaped patties.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side until well browned.
  4. Add beef broth to the skillet and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the skillet to thicken the gravy.
