Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups milk or non-dairy alternative
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup fruit of choice

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix well and stir in the fruit.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, stir the oats and top with additional fruit and nuts if desired.
