Easy One Pot Creamy Tomato Pasta

A delicious and easy one pot pasta dish that combines creamy tomato sauce with turkey bacon for a delightful twist.

  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Add the pasta and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked.
