Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter (such as almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, nut butter, honey or maple syrup, mini chocolate chips, and chopped nuts until well combined.
  2. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the dish.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  4. Once set, remove from the baking dish and cut into bars.
  5. Store the bars in an airtight container in the fridge.
