  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/4 cup miso paste
  • 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup seaweed, dried
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece of ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a simmer over medium heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the miso paste with a ladle of broth until smooth.
  3. Add the miso mixture back to the pot.
  4. Add the tofu, green onions, seaweed, garlic, and ginger.
  5. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
