  • 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water according to package instructions. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. On a baking sheet, lay out the flour tortillas.
  5. Spread refried beans evenly on each tortilla.
