Easy Light And Fluffy Yogurt Souffle

A deliciously light and fluffy yogurt souffle that is easy to make and melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the yogurt, sugar, and egg yolks until well combined.
  3. Add lemon juice, vanilla, salt, and cornstarch, and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to deflate the whites.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased souffle dish and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the souffle is golden and set.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
