- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- Add ground turkey to the pot and cook until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes, chicken broth, oregano, and basil. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and simmer until noodles are tender.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and half the mozzarella until melted.
- Serve topped with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
Notes

- Substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon for a different flavor.
