Easy Lasagna Recipe (No Boil Noodles)

  • 9 no boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon until browned.
  3. Stir in the diced chicken ham and marinara sauce, cooking until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the ingredients starting with marinara sauce, followed by lasagna noodles, ricotta mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and mozzarella on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey and bacon and add more vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
  • You can prepare the lasagna a day in advance and bake it when ready to serve.
