Easy Ground Beef Meatballs and Gravy

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix well.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. In a saucepan, heat beef broth and whisk in flour to thicken.
  6. Serve the meatballs with the gravy poured over them.
