  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture, then place them in a baking dish.
  5. Spread marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes
