  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 6 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté until translucent.
  4. Add the diced chicken ham to the skillet, cooking for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, and stir in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, then add the grated parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine well with the sauce.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, substitute turkey bacon with smoked tempeh.
  • You can use any pasta shape you prefer.
