  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the tomato puree, garam masala, and salt. Cook for another 5 minutes.
