Easter Chocolate Lasagna

  • 2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • 1 cup chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then mix until fully combined.
  6. Fold in the whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  7. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  8. Spread the chocolate pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  9. Top with mini chocolate chips and refrigerate for 4 hours.
