Dump-and-Bake Chicken Tzatziki Casserole

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines the flavors of chicken and tzatziki.

  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, tzatziki sauce, cooked rice, feta cheese, cucumber, dill, olive oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and golden on top.
  5. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
